The most common login issues tend to be related to the following:
Incorrect email address
Typo in the email address
Incorrect password
LinkedIn login or Google Auth issue
A new account with an unverified email address
If the entered email address is a working address, we will send an email with additional details on the steps to take to log in successfully. Please check your email for any additional information from us first.
Incorrect email address
Make sure to consider if you may have used an alternative email address when first signing up and creating your account.
Typo in the email address
Double-check your email for typos (like gmal.com, misplaced punctuation, or a spelling mistake). Your browser may also autofill an old, incorrect email. Typos can cause login or password-reset errors.
Incorrect Password
If you aren't sure what password you set previously, you can reset it here: https://featured.com/forgot-password.
LinkedIn login or Google Auth issue
While Featured does not support signing up or creating an account with LinkedIn or Google Auth, you can sign in with either of these outside providers IF your Featured email address matches the email address you used when creating your social account.
If you attempt to log in using either provider, but your email addresses are different between the social account and Featured, you will experience a login error.
A new account with an unverified email address
If you recently signed up for Featured but did not take action to verify your email after starting the account, you will have to verify your email before you can successfully log in.
