All accounts on Featured can customize email preferences and set keyword and source alerts. Managing these emails helps ensure you're making the most of the platform.
Email Preferences
You can manage your email preferences from the Preferences page located under Accounts.
You can unsubscribe or resubscribe to any category of emails at any time from this page.
Performance Snapshots and Real-time Alerts are limited to accounts with paid plan types.
Alerts
With keyword alerts and publication alerts, you are able to monitor opportunities for queries relevant to your expertise. Free plans can create up to 3 keyword alerts. Lite plans allow up to 10, while Pro and Business plans support up to 25 keyword alerts.
Users on Free and Lite plans will receive their alert emails once a day in a single round-up. Pro and Business plan users can opt to turn on real-time alerts, which will send an email anytime we have a new matching query.
We send direct matches for keyword alerts. If the term you pick is too specific or narrow, you may find you're not receiving alert emails. We recommend using broad terms for your keyword alerts to ensure you don't miss relevant queries. For example:
Set the term "marketing" instead of "social media marketing"
Set the term "IT" instead of "IT services"
If the keyword or phrase you are setting would not likely be used in one string within a question from a journalist, it's likely too narrow to match for alerts.
