Overview
When reviewing and selecting quotes, you may notice a 'Show More' button on the grid view, or the three dots on the bottom right-hand corner of a response on the list view.
Both of these clicks give you access to the following tools:
Copy Text
Copy HTML
Log
Report
Mute Expert
What each tool does
Copy Text
The Copy Text tool does exactly what it says it does. Clicking Copy Text will copy the specific response to your clipboard.
Copy HTML
Just like Copy Text, the Copy HTML tool will copy the HTML version of the specific response to your clipboard.
Log
Clicking Log will allow you to view a specific response's submission log. If any edits are made by the expert post-submission, they will be tracked here.
Report
With Report, you can report an expert's response or portions of their profile, and our team will review the report and take any necessary action.
You may submit a report for the following reasons:
Spam: Selling illegal goods, money scams etc.
Inappropriate Credential: Author's credential is offensive, spam, or impersonation
Plagiarism: Reusing content without attribution (link and blockquotes)
Poorly written: Not in English or has very bad formatting, grammar, and spelling
AI Written: Not written by a human, or seems like it was written by artificial intelligence
Hate Speech: Serious attack on a group
Harassment and Bullying: Harassing an individual (including doxing)
Broken Link: Author's company URL, LinkedIn URL, or other links are broken
Other: E.g. Illegal content
Our standard is to mute an expert for you if you report them. This means we automatically hide any future submissions to your queries. If you don't wish for an expert to be muted following your report, please let our team know.
Mute Expert
If you wish to no longer wish to receive insights from an individual user for whatever reason, you have the ability to mute them.
Muting an expert will completely hide them for you. If you take this action by mistake, just let our team know and we can remove the mute.
