How to use PR Intelligence

  1. Open any question you're interested in responding to.

  2. View PR Intelligence metrics directly in the Answer Box.

  3. Click into the Question Log to see detailed data about submissions.

  4. Use the insights to decide whether to pitch, wait, or pivot.


PR Intelligence insights

1. Answers Submitted

See how many answers have already been submitted for a question.
Clicking the Answers Submitted field opens a Question Log, which includes:

  • The full question text

  • Submission count and request type

  • Job titles and company names of respondents

Tip: Use this transparency tool to gauge saturation before submitting.


2. Answers Selected

Track whether journalists have chosen any responses:

  • 0 selections: Still wide open

  • 1+ selections: Journalist has started to review and select quotes before the deadline.

Tip: This insight can help you avoid wasted effort and focus your time strategically.


3. Request Type

Different types of requests offer different levels of opportunity:

  • Quote requests typically include 1–3 responses in the final piece

  • Article requests may feature 1–10+ contributors, offering broader exposure and more chances of being selected
