Need to submit a Bylined Article or Interview Profile? Those require 5 Credits.
Tip: If you’re on a subscription and only need to submit a few answers for a client or teammate, Credits are a smart alternative to purchasing an additional Seat.
How do Credits work?
Once you’ve used your 3 monthly answers on the Starter plan, you can buy Credits to submit more insights.
Do Credits expire?
Nope—Credits never expire.
Do I still get 3 answers every month?
Yes. If you’re on Starter + Credits, any credits you purchase are added on top of your monthly answers. Credits won't be used until you use your 3 monthly answers.
I’m already on a subscription. Can I use Credits?
Yes. Use Credits to submit answers for an Expert Profile without an Active Seat. Credits let you avoid adding Paid Seats to your subscription—great for occasional use cases.
How much does each Credit pack cost?
A pack of 1 Credit = $6.99
A pack of 5 Credits = $5.99/credit ($29.95 total)
A pack of 25 Credits = $4.99/credit ($124.75 total)
