From the Profiles page, you can navigate to the Profile Verifications and Holds tab (https://featured.com/admins/profiles?tab=holds) to view any Active Holds and request reinstatement.
If you are not sure what steps to take to resolve the hold, you can always click the purple key icon, View Resolution Steps, to review why the hold was placed.
